Sarah’s project experience spans all scales; her portfolio includes single and multi-residential, retail, commercial projects and regional community health. Sarah is proficient in all stages of project delivery with strong skills in client and stakeholder liaison, project briefing, subconsultant management and design.
Sarah has extensive experience in design management and contract administration, across a range of procurement and delivery methods.
Josh Crossin

Josh brings a diverse skill set to his role as Project Architect. In addition to his Architectural experience. He has extensive experience within the construction and project delivery space due to his time working with Hutchinson Builders (2011-2015) as a Project manager. Josh understands that feasibility and value management controls are essential during the early design phase.
His knowledge of construction methodologies, fabrication process and buildability resolution compliment his architectural skills in concept design, design development and construction documentation.
Tom Byard
Graduate of Architecture

Tom has experience gathered from working on residential, tourism and socially centred projects in the Northern Territory all the way to data centres and multi-residential projects in NSW. His strengths lie in visual communication and an understanding of buildability from concept design through to construction documentation.
Toms approach to architecture is one of curiosity and eagerness to create architecture that is functional, inspiring & meaningful.
