Australia has struggfled to build housing to keep up with its growing population. Historicaly, restrictive land-use planning has limited increased density options resulting in unsustainable sprawl.
This project provides 7 townhouses on a site that previously housed a single dwelling. Increasing density has many challanges. From local government approvals to community support and financial feasability.
