Housed within a decommissioned water tank, OGTC was developed by the Tasmanian Eye Institute and is Australia’s first dedicated Ophthalmic Gene Therapy Centre. 

LXN were brought onto the project team post planning approval and the initial project costing was untenable. LXN proceeded to re-establish the client brief and complete a feasibility. LXN subsequently provided design development, construction documentation and consultant coordination services for the project and ongoing consultancy throughout the construction phase.
